Patti Davis, MLS
President

Patti has more than 40 years' experience working in healthcare and has spent her entire career working with hospitals in Oklahoma. Rural hospital roots run deep as Patti was the CEO of the Carnegie Tri-County Municipal Hospital from 1984 to 1996. During this time Patti was elected to the Oklahoma Hospital Association (OHA) Board; and was elected as Chair of the Board in 1995. Previous hospital roles include Senior Vice President of External Affairs and Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at OU Medicine.

 

Patti began her career at OHA as Vice President of Government Relations from 1996 to 2001. Patti was Executive Vice President at the OHA from 2001 to 2013, where she coordinated operations and special projects and led advocacy efforts on state and federal issues.

 

Most recently Patti was President of the OHA from 2018-2023. During her tenure as President, the OHA was significantly involved in the passage of Medicaid expansion and the development of the Medicaid managed care model. After retiring from OHA in 2023, Patti began her current role as LifeCare's President.

 

Patti holds a B.A. in Political Science and a Master of Legal Studies in Healthcare Law from the University of Oklahoma. She has received the OHA's highest award, the W. Cleveland Rodgers Distinguished Service Award.

Meegan Carter
Vice President

Meegan has more than 30 years’ experience in healthcare administration and management, both for providers and payers. Prior to joining Lifecare (for the second time) in 2023, Meegan spent over 16 years at Norman Regional Health System (a LifeCare member) where she led initiatives related to population health and transition to value-based reimbursement, with responsibility for managed care, revenue cycle, clinics and ambulatory service line operations. Before her tenure at Norman, she spent 6 years working as LifeCare’s Managed Care Consultant negotiating payer contracts and strategy for VHA OK/AR. 

 

Meegan started her healthcare career at BlueCross Blue Shield of OK/BlueLincs HMO.​ She is a long-time member of Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), previously having held Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) and Fellow of HFMA (FHFMA) designations, as well as serving as Membership Chair and Director for the OK Chapter. She is also a founding member of the OK Hospital Managed Care Association. Meegan served on the Cleveland County Salvation Army Advisory Council for 13 years (8 years as Chair).​

 

Meegan holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Oklahoma.

Robin Yoder, MSN, RN
Senior Director - Population Health
Quality Assurance & Improvement Officer

Robin has over 25 years of experience working in healthcare; including more than 13 years working with physician office practices to improve workflow, EMR integration, and quality improvement initiatives.

 

Robin has been with LifeCare since 2019. In her current role she leads a team of practice transformation specialists and data analysts to provide members and partners actionable insight to their populations. She provides leadership and guidance to facilitate implementation of initiatives to address the needs of patients and communities.

 

Robin earned a MSN in Nursing Leadership from Loyola University New Orleans. She has served the State of Oklahoma as a Registered Nurse for over 25 years.

Jenny Manderino, MSN, RN
Senior Director - Accreditation

Jenny is responsible for delivering Accreditation and Regulatory Service consulting for hospitals and healthcare systems of all sizes, ambulatory care organizations, behavioral health facilities, and critical access hospitals. She is a content expertise on CMS conditions of participation, The Joint Commission (TJC) accreditation and DNV standards and interpretation. Jenny performs project management services for all Accreditation Services activities.

 

Jenny has over 28 years of experience in healthcare. Prior to joining  LifeCare in 2011, she was Chief Nursing Officer at Pratt Regional Medical Center. Jenny has held multiple healthcare leadership positions across a variety of areas including Emergency Department, Home Health, Long Term Care, and Cardiac Rehabilitation. Her clinical nursing experience was in Emergency Department Services and Medical Surgical Nursing.

 

Jenny has been a Registered Nurse for 30 years. She holds a MSN in Nursing Administration from Newman University.

Amanda Martinez-Reyes
Senior Director - Contracting & Payor Relations

Amanda Martinez-Reyes boasts over 14 years of managed care experience; including revenue integrity with a focus on denials management and leading the development and operation of credentialing programs. With a proven track record, Amanda has successfully led the contracting strategies for health systems, multi-specialty groups, clinically integrated networks, and payor provider networks. Her skill set is strategically applied to establish payor partnerships, prioritizing improved health outcomes and affordability for patients.  

 

In 2024, Amanda assumed the role of Senior Director of Contracting and Payor Relations at LifeCare Health Services. With a background as the Director of Contracting at INTEGRIS Health and various roles at Norman Regional Health System and Mercy Health System of Oklahoma, she leverages a wealth of experience to spearhead the contracting strategy for the LifeCare Value Network.

 

Amanda is devoted to advocating for health systems and providers. She is currently a member and past-President, Vice-President, and Secretary Treasurer for the Oklahoma Hospital Managed Care Association. Additionally, she dedicates her expertise to the Oklahoma Healthcare Financial Management Association Board of Directors, currently in her second year of service.

 

Amanda holds a B.S. from Mid-American Christian University.

Tiffany Moody, MBA, MSSW, LCSW
Director - Operations 
Compliance Officer

Tiffany is responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of LifeCare in order to assure that company goals are successfully met. She works closely with other members of senior management to develop operational strategies that will help meet company objectives: improve access to care, better patient outcomes, and lower costs. 

 

Tiffany also serves as Compliance Officer for LifeCare, ensuring that we maintain the highest level of ethical behavior, and abide by all federal and state laws and regulations. 

Prior to joining Lifecare in 2022, Tiffany spent 17 years working in hospital systems and managed care organizations; focusing on operations management, patient outcomes, and quality improvement. She has a passion for health care administration and believes that value-based care is the future of sustainable health care.

 

Tiffany is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Case Manager. She holds a B.S. from Texas Christian University, a M.S. from University of Texas Arlington, and a MBA from Dallas Baptist University.

Kalyn Alaniz, BSN, RN
Market Director

Kalyn has a rich background in value-based care, having served in several roles in both inpatient and ambulatory settings within Rural Health, Federally Qualified Health Systems, and larger health systems. Her value-based care experience started in Nebraska, participating in Accountable Care Organizations, downside commercial and Medicare Advantage agreements, as well as managed Medicaid contracts with emphasis on population health, quality improvement, and interoperability efficiency. 

Kalyn joined LifeCare in 2024. In her current role she partners with participating health systems in Oklahoma to develop and improve clinical strategies in order to best meet the needs of patients, providers, the ACO, and the LifeCare Value Network.

Kalyn has a BSN from Doane University and has been a Registered Nurse for 15 years. She loves all things healthcare and finds joy in helping complex health systems improve long term health outcomes for those they serve.

Lindsey Fassio, BSN, RN

Market Director

Lindsey joined LifeCare in 2024. In her current role she partners with participating health systems in Oklahoma to develop and improve clinical strategies in order to best meet the needs of patients, providers, the ACO, and the LifeCare Value Network.

Lindsey has been a Registered Nurse for 19 years. Prior to joining LifeCare she worked for McAlester Regional Health Center for 8 years. At McAlester Lindsey was a subject matter expert in Clinical Quality. Her focus was on quality improvement, promotion of health outcomes, clinical compliance, and reducing unnecessary utilization. She previously held a Home Care Administrators License and worked in home care administration for 14 years.  

She graduated from Eastern Oklahoma State College in 2005 and later received her BSN from East Central University.

Karla Holmes
Associate, Client Insurance Services

Karla has been working with fully insured carriers and Third Party Administrators (TPAs) for over 40 years. She started with a fully insured carrier as an Auditor, auditing field offices to ensure claims were being paid correctly and procedures were being followed.  She was a Claims Manager for many years overseeing the operations of a TPA.

 

Karla has been with LifeCare for many years, since 2000. She started with LifeCare’s TPA and soon transitioned to the Marketing Department.  In her position she has worked in filing reinsurance claims, compliance, plan documents and putting the information together to market  reinsurance with many carriers. She is currently the Broker for LifeCare and holds a life, health, disability, and property insurance license.
