Value Network &
Clinical Integration
LifeCare is the largest health network in Oklahoma. Our partners represent 17 hospitals, 1,200 beds, 10,280 employees, and 560 employed providers. Our goal is to provide coordinated care and shared services, to improve quality and patient outcomes. To realize that goal, we are working towards developing a state-wide clinically integrated network.

Managed Care Consulting & Negotiations Support
We provide a wide array of services to assist our hospitals and providers in negotiating favorable managed care agreements. These services include: fee schedule analysis, network management, network credentialing, and contract consultation.

Population Health Management
LifeCare provides population health support services to our member hospitals and independent practices, while allowing them to remain self-sufficient. Our strategy is built around the idea that we are your partners and we will meet you where you're at as a healthcare organization. We will do our best to provide you with creative but realistic solutions that are developed through a data-driven approach.

Accreditation
We offer a unique approach to accreditation compliance and offer a range of services to assist your organization with achieving full accreditation. Some of our services include mock surveys, assessments, and customized education and training.

Grant Writing Support
We contract with an independent grant writer who assists with finding, researching, and applying for grants. Since 2022 our grant writer has assisted with the application of over $10M of grant funding, and LifeCare Partner's have been awarded $7.79M of grant funding.

Legal Support
LifeCare contracts with a legal firm to provide our partners with certain legal services at a discounted rate.

Leadership Groups
We offer a variety of leadership affinity groups to our partners in order to share best practices, solve common problems, and develop effective strategies.

Insurance Agency
LifeCare has an insurance brokerage that providers our partners the opportunity to purchase employee life, disability, and voluntary insurance products at a reduced cost.
